You haven't lost your rhythm.
You just need something that knows it changes.
Rhya is built around the idea that your energy isn't the same every day.
Your work shouldn't pretend it is.
Track your cycle and Rhya organizes around your four phases.
Don't track it and Rhya organizes around your energy instead.
Either way, the right work finds you at the right time.
Some weeks you could hold everything.
Other weeks the same list feels like it was written for someone else.
That's not a discipline problem.
That's your energy, and it has a pattern.
Every tool you've tried assumed you were the same person every day. Notion. Todoist. ClickUp. Paper planners. None of them knew it was the wrong week for that list. None of them knew to give you the soft one instead.
Rhya knows.
how it works
You bring your tasks. Rhya helps you choose which season they belong to. Some work wants high energy. Pitching, executing, connecting. Some work wants quiet. Rest, reflection, finishing. Rhya learns the difference.
Rhya watches where you are, in your cycle if you track it, or in your energy if you don't, and surfaces the work that fits. On a low week it holds the ambitious list. On a strong week it knows you can carry more.
When something feels impossible you move it. Not delete it. Not fail at it. Move it to the season when it will feel like nothing. That's not procrastination. That's knowing yourself.
inside rhya
Every day, Rhya shows you exactly where you are.
The bar below your phase name shows your whole cycle at a glance. The gold marker is today. Everything below it adjusts to match.

luteal, day 18. time to refine and finish.

from the founder
I built Rhya because I needed it.
I left a finance career to stay home with my daughter and for the first time no one was telling me what time it was. I thought I would feel free. Instead I felt strange. Electric some weeks, like concrete the next, with no map for why.
Then I started seeing it. The ambitious weeks and the impossible weeks were not random. They followed my cycle. Once I saw it I could not look away.
Every tool I tried assumed I was the same woman every day.
I am not. You probably are not either.
That's Rhya.
who rhya is for
For the woman with a half finished novel, a paused business, a toddler, and a mind that will not be still.
For the one who has tried every system and left every one.
For the one who has always suspected her hard weeks were not random but never had anything that knew that too.
For the one who doesn't track their cycle but knows their weeks aren't random either.
Your rhythm has not gone anywhere.

No noise. Just Rhya, when it's time.
